And the Winners Are.........

We're a day late but, as promised, here are the list of officers elected Tuesday night by the Hartford Board of Education. The new boss is the same as the old boss as Ada Miranda maintained her chairwomanship.

The first VP is David MacDonald and the second VP is Pamela Richmond, who replaces Elizabeth Brad Noel. Lori Hudson rounds out the executive committee as secretary.

That leaves three Democrats one unafilliated voter and three of Mayor Eddie A. Perez appointees in leadership positions. Too many of each? Let us know what you think.

Note: Thanks to David Medina spokesman for the city's schools for pointing out that Ada Miranda is now registered as an unaffiliated voter. More on that to come.
