Child Poverty Council Initial Plan

The Child Poverty Council, established by the Connecticut Legislature in 2004, is charged with recommending strategies to reduce child poverty by fifty percent within ten years. The report contains an inventory of current programs and 67 recommendations for consideration by the executive and legislative branch. (PDF file - 141 pages)
